This project estimate is greater than or equal to $100,000; therefore, the use of a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required and must be submitted with proposal package. All submitted bids will be publicly opened, only successful bids will be read. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the proposal (required documents) arrives at the above location and in the hands of the letting official, by the specified bid date / time deadline regardless of the method chosen by the bidder for delivery. Award or rejection of this project will be made by the Texas Transportation Commission typically scheduled on the last Thursday of each month. The contract for this work will not be awarded to any contractor, firm or subcontractor currently debarred from bidding on Texas Department of Transportation projects. Usual rights reserved.
