The Central Utah Water Conservancy District ("District") is soliciting proposals from firms offering proven, integrated Enterprise Resource Planning All communication related to the content or procurement of the RFP should be directed in writing to: Wendell Yacur ERP Procurement and Selection Consultant wyacur@sdipresence.com Question Submission Deadline - Friday 5:00 PM MST, December 30, 2022 District Post Responses to RFP Questions - Friday 5:00 PM MST, January 6, 2023 Possible Online Demonstrations - March 2023 (estimated) Possible Proof-of-Capabilities Sessions - April-May 2023 (estimated) Award of Contract(s) -.June 2023 (estimated) Proposers that perform well in the initial evaluation phase may be asked to provide basic demonstrations. The District estimates that the demonstrations would occur during March of 2023. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any formality, or technicality in a proposal, and to make award based on the selection criteria listed in the RFP as deemed in the best interests of the District, or the public good.
