Renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: o Three (3) New Storefronts entrances o Medium Style Bronze Doors 68"x72" o Low-Energy Insulated Glass o Transfer frames with low-energy glass o Four (4) New Black Commercial Windows o Double-paned o Shingle Replacement as needed on existing awnings. o Exterior Paint- Awnings This project will be a federally financed community development project. All rules and regulations governing such projects will be applicable. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the request for bids.
