Project includes Renovation of the natatorium pump room located in the Eppley Recreation Center. Project Description:
As construction manager, Plano-Coudon is soliciting subcontractor bid proposals. The project includes removal and replacement of all pool equipment including pumps, filters, chemical controllers, and replacement of the existing chlorine system. Additional work includes the replacement and reconfiguration of the piping within the room and replacement of the access ladder to the pump room and grating. The recoating of the competition pool surface and replacing the tiles within the pool will be priced as an add alternate. Due to long lead times for some equipment, Plano-Coudon has pre-purchased the pool heaters and the variable frequency drives. This equipment will be delivered to the site and turned over to the pool contractor for installation. At this we are requesting pricing for the following trade packages:
