The project consists primarily of the modernization of the buildings HVAC system on the Second, Third and Fourth Floors. This is an extension of a previous effort that provided mechanical renovation of the current Ground and First Floors . Renovation of a portion of the existing restroom facilities, as well as the addition of a sprinkler system are included as Alternates.
