Repairs, on-call Maintenance, and Quarterly Preventative Maintenance of Fitness Equipment in College Park, Md This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 811490. The small business size standard is $9.0 million. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for making repairs, providing on-call maintenance, and performing quarterly preventative maintenance of fitness equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work. Please review the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years beginning June 15, 2023 Incumbent: TS Government Solutions, LLC
