This project is generally described as 2023 Parking Garage Repairs. The required work will generally consist of waterproofing, expansion joint repair, concrete repair, brick replacement, masonry joint tuck-pointing, shear connector repair, stair infill repair, staircase steel deck landing repair, and associated work on seven City parking garages: Church Avenue, Center in the Square, Gainsboro, Tower, Campbell, Market, and Elmwood Park.
