Renovation of a municipal facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the removal, repair, and replacement of the existing roofing systems with a single-ply cool roof system, including but not limited to ancillary system or devices on the roof such as electrical conduits, wood support blocking, and any other rooftop item as described in this document. Santa Clara VTA is accepting electronic bid submissions. Bids must be submitted only through OpenGov Procurement website (formerly known as ProcureNow). E-mailed Bids will not be accepted. VTA no longer accepts Bid submission by mail or hand-carried. Bids received after the set deadline will be rejected as nonresponsive. Question Deadline 02/02/2023 at 2:00 PM PT *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Engineer's Estimate for this Work ranges from $450,000 to $600,000.
