Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 14,2023 project was awarded to Integrated Properties, LLC , awarded amount is $1,535,295.16.** The scope of work shall consist of operations including but not limited to the following: Demolition and removal of existing asphalt roadway, concrete drive aprons, asphalt curb, grading and excavation for the installation of new standard detached curb, grass verge, sidewalk, driveway aprons, and stormwater infrastructure as shown in the project plans. All Requests for Information must be submitted no later than 4:00pm on Thursday, January 12th, 2023. All addenda will be issued no later than 4:00pm on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023. Requests for Information must be submitted to the Purchasing Department at (423)643-7230 or emailed to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
