For Cost of Service Study for Water The City of Scottsdale is seeking proposals from qualified providers for the purpose of conducting a Cost of Service study which will assess and evaluate the current water rate system. Any such unauthorized contact may result in bidder being disqualified from further consideration Award of Contract January 2023 The term of this Contract shall be for a one (1) year period from the effective date of the contract award. The City and Contractor may mutually agree to extend this Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, upon the recommendation of the Contract Administrator, concurrence of the Purchasing Director and/or City Council, depending on the Contract. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
