Schedule of Services Eligible Contractors shall quote prices for required services listed in the below Statement of Work by completing all Contract Line Item Numbers listed in Attachment A - Price Schedule. The completed Price Schedule must be submitted with the offeror's final quote. C. Statement of Work 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Contractor agrees to provide monthly preventative maintenance, annual preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on emergency diesel generators and diesel fire pumps as described herein. 2.
