The Government will award a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quote is the Best Value to the Government offer utilizing a Comparative Analysis . *Vendors are required to follow the "Instructions to Quoters" on pages 49 - 51 of this Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ.
B. Schedule of Services
Eligible Contractors shall quote prices for required services listed in the below Statement of Work by completing all Contract Line Item Numbers listed in Attachment A - Price Schedule. The completed Price Schedule must be submitted with the offeror's final quote.
C. Statement of Work
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Contractor agrees to provide monthly preventative maintenance, annual preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on emergency diesel generators and diesel fire pumps as described herein. 2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The base performance period for this contract Estimate 03/01/2023 - 02/29/2024. There are four (4) option years available which may be exercised solely at the discretion of the Government.
