Site work for a mixed-use development in Harrison, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
General Scope of Work This project will consist of the following items: 1) Expand the width of the boat ramp to allow easier access. 2) Relocate the existing propane tanks and pad, as well as the existing light pole. 3) Remove the existing old concrete pads and extend the courtesy dock sidewalk. Description of Demolition or Associated Work Demolition - properly dispose of all debris off- property unless otherwise noted 1) Remove concrete curbing and propane tank bollards and pad on left side of boat ramp access. Existing bollards can be reused. 2) Remove for reuse the light pole on the left side of the boat ramp. 3) Remove old concrete slab between existing propane and fuel tanks.
