Site work and paving for a civil project in Olathe, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of the following: Construction of 1-mile of 10-ft wide asphalt and concrete recreational trail, including areas of abutting concrete retaining wall and cross-trail storm pipes. Construction of a concrete trail underpass beneath an existing BNSF Railway bridge. The underpass will incorporate a steel pedestrian protection canopy. Question & Answer deadline Jan 10, 2023 (Tue), 5:00 PM All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be entered on line via Negometrix. Replies will be issued by addenda via Negometrix to all parties recorded as having received the bidding documents. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
