The Project includes the following Work: Construction of necessary upgrades to Pump Station No. 7 in the Town of Hollywood. Questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted by Friday, January 20, 2023 at 4:00 p.m The email request should include a copy (cc:) to Owner's Representative, Kristin Miguez, Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments (BCDCOG), at the following email address: kristinm@bcdcog.com and to Roy DeHaven, Town of Hollywood at planner@ townofhollywood.org. The email request must identify "Town of Hollywood Infrastructure and Sewer Enhancement Project - Request for Plans" in the Subject line. Upon receipt of request for plans, prospective bidder will be registered as a plan holder and pdf plans will be provided via response email to the requesting party. Neither the Owner, Engineer, nor Owner's Representative are responsible for undeliverable emails due to recipients' email file size limitation, security protocols, or other limitations. Bidders must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of South Carolina. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. This project is being funded in part by a SC Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) grant. All state RIA requirements will apply to the contract. Interested parties are invited to attend this meeting to review the plans, ask for additional information and/or clarifications and/or visit the project site. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Town of Hollywood reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof.
