Site work and addition to an office development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,376-square-foot office development.
As of January 5, 2023, construction of this project is underway and about 30% completed. No further inquiries to be accepted. This project consists of a new 3,376sf PEMB addition to an existing PEMB. The sitework includes relocating some storm drainage and roof drainage, adding a new oil separator and sewer line, concrete sidewalks, and new asphalt paving. The addition will include concrete footings/slab, a 12" masonry 3hr firewall, PEMB and PREMB erection, light gauge framing/roofing, and flashing to get the water directed over the firewall and onto the new addition, interior metal stud framing/ insulation/drywall, sealed concrete, rubber base, hollow metal frames, doors, hardware, insulated sectional doors, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
