Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sparks, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and medical facility.
Project has been CANCELLED. Question Deadline: Thu 01/12/2023 05:00 PM Scope of Work: Project consists of demolition of existing HVAC equipment, electrical panel, electrical meter and panel supply feeder. New work requires the installation of a new underground panel feeder, 400A panel, electric service meter, 4 outdoor heat pumps, 11 wall mounted air handlers, 3 electric wall heaters with new plumbing and electrical. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractors License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS.
