Renovation of a mixed-use development in Macungie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
For the HVAC Improvements project. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to remove and replace HVAC units in the Police Department and Borough Hall office. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/19/2023 5:00 PM Questions may be submitted through electronically (From Vendors) tab on or before 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Responses will be provided via electronically to all registered parties. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on PennBid following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. The Borough of Macungie reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
