Saving Project...

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mercer Island, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will include the renovation of the Tullys building for a small satellite police precinct, along with the design and reconfiguration of the parking lot to expand commuter parking. Early design work is anticipated to begin in late 2022 with construction in 2023. Project is included in the City of Mercer Island's FY 2023-2028 Budget CIP. Per the owner, as of January 31, 2023, they are evaluating submissions and information is not available at this time. A timeline for design and construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
