Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: County of Anson Attn: Wendell Small, Facilities Director 845 Airport Road Wadesboro, NC 28170 wsmall@ansoncountync.gov The County of Anson is seeking a qualified contractor/vendor to provide a new replacement for Carrier HVAC unit Model # 50Z3K040-W500CA, Serial # 1908U12772 SCOPE OF WORK Anson County Government Center Main HVAC Unit is 15 years old, and the County of Anson is seeking a new replacement. System Capacity & Scalability The HVAC Unit specific will be determined based on the walk-through with administration on 1/04/23 at the Anson County Government Center. The new unit needs to be Carrier HVAC that works with the current Comfort Link system. Administration & Management Components of the system Preference will be given to units that communicates with Carrier Comfort Link system that controls the government center. Support and Maintenance 5-year warranty and/or vendor provided service agreement. Installation and Configuration County of Anson is looking for a "turnkey" solution. The contract period will begin from the awarded date and will continue until June 30, 2023.
