The California Department of Conservation requires the services of a business with the resources, experience, and abilities to remediate physical safety hazards associated with abandoned mine features. The Department intends to award one service contract for this Invitation for Bid.The work consists of the fabrication and installation, as specified, directed, and approved by the National Park Service (NPS) of nine abandoned mine remediations at one mine site.These features are located on NPS lands in Death Valley National Park (DEVA) in Inyo County. Potential bidders may submit questions regarding intent, expectations, or other topics pertaining to the actual bid solicitation by contacting Brian Lacey via email at: ServiceContracts@conservation.ca.gov. Questions must be received by January 18, 2023, at 5:00 PM. All questions received by the Department will be answered by January 20, 2023 at 3:00 PM. The Department reserves the right to reject all bids. The Department is not required to award a contract. Proposed Award Date Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM
