The City of Manchester, New Hampshire, through the Department of Public Works, Facilities Division is inviting general contractors with appropriate construction experience and capabilities to submit a confidential "Prequalification Statement" for the above project: This project involves a two floor parking garage with structural steel and concrete repairs located at Central High School. Qualified contractors must have demonstrated past experience with similar structures and construction. Contractor must have available bond capacity in the magnitude of $2,000,000 dollars. It is currently the City's intention to award a contract for the services requested, to approved and pre-qualified general contractors in March 2023 or earlier with construction starting on or about June 20, 2023. Construction plans are currently under final development. Approved Prequalified Contractors will be notified and supplied with plans, specifications, and proposal forms once available. Selection of the successful contractor(s) will be in accordance with Chapter 39: of the Procurement Code of the City of Manchester, Code of Ordinances.
