Site work for a water / sewer project in Geneva, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the furnishing of all materials, labor, and for performing all related work for: - Provide four (4) Goulds/Pump Group R10LC (or approved equal) 7-Stage pumps with stainless-steel impellers and stainless-steel strainer capable of 589 GPM at 140 PSI at 27'11" in length. - Evaluate three (3) 60-HP, 1775 RPM motors for repair or replacement - Replace existing pump check valves - Recondition the existing discharge heads. - Provide installation, startup services and testing of pumps. This work shall be done in accordance with the specifications as prepared by Sheaffer & Roland, Inc. The Contractor and sub-contractors shall comply with prevailing wage requirements at the time of the signing of the contract as found by the Department of Labor or as determined by the Court of Appeal, to all his/her employees performing work under the Contract. A signed certification stating the above as well as the fact that the bidder is not barred from bidding as a result of a violation of either Section 33E-3 or 33E-4 of Chapter 38, Illinois Revised Statutes, 1987 (as amended) must be submitted by the successful bidder as part of this contract. The Wasco Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. In addition, the District reserves the right to hold all bids for up to 90 days after opening.
