Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work consists of construction of realigned Creighton Road and Dabbs House Road connector for a distance of 0.632 miles. Improvements consist of existing road widening, reconstruction and realignment with new road construction including curb & gutter, sidewalk, enclosed and open storm drainage, box culvert construction, water and sewer improvements and pavement. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on December 29, 2022 via virtual conference through Microsoft Teams to review the scope of work and clarify any aspects of the work that may be in question.
