The Hudson River Park Trust (the "Trust") is pleased to invite qualified full service marine engineering firms to submit proposals for the above captioned RFP. The Consultant's team ("Consultant") shall provide comprehensive professional engineering and inspection services for the various marine and waterfront structures and related infrastructure located within the Hudson River Park ("Park") on behalf of the Hudson River Park Trust ("Trust") and the various services outlined within the RFP ("Services'). The Park parallels Route 9A and extends from Chambers Street to West 59th Street. The Consultant shall plan, oversee, monitor, direct, supervise and schedule the various field inspections and preparation of written reports and other work tasks described in the RFP as directed by the Trust. Respondents are required to disclose any conflict of interest(s) that may preclude them from participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Project contracts. The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency. Any resulting contracts will include provisions mandating compliance with Executive Law Article 15A and the regulations promulgated there under.
