The work includes: PROCUREMENT OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE WORK DEMOLTION OF SECTIONS OF THE 3RD, 2 ND, AND 1ST FLOORS PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF NEW STEEL MEMBERS ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION, AND TESTING OF A NEW ESCALATOR (PROVIDED BY MASSPORT) CASTING OF NEW CONCRETE FLOOR ON 2 ND AND 3 RD FLOORS RUNNING OF NEW ELECTRICAL SERVICE FROM SUBSTATION ON 3 RD FLOOR TO ESCALATOR INSTALLATION OF FINISHES, INCLUDING: CEILINGS, WINDOWS, LIGHTING, DOORS, AND FLOORING.
