The work to be preformed is the cleaning of the backwash lagoon and land applied disposal of the settled sludge removed from the Erin Water Treatment Plant Facility. The removed sludge will be land applied to re-approved locations provided by the City of Erin. The bid/quote submitted will be for the cost per gallon to clean, remove and dispose of said settled sludge. The bid/quote will also include an option for a bi annual contract with the City of Erin to clean, remove and dispose settled sludge as needed as determined buy the City of Erin. The owner (City of Erin) reserves the right to wave any informality or to reject any or all bids.
