Structure: precast structural concrete, steel framing and masonry bearing walls with metal roof deck. Exterior wall systems: masonry cavity wall, metal wall panels and fiber-cement panels Shell: aluminum curtainwall, storefronts & entrances, EPDM roof system Interior: CMU walls, studs & drywall, painting, overhead coiling doors, sectional doors, resilient tile, carpet, resinous flooring, wood gymnasium flooring, glass partitions, gym equipment, elevator, MEP's Exterior: site utilities, asphalt paving, fencing, landscaping. Aluminum curtainwall, storefronts and entrances, and windows along with an EPDM roof system completes the building shell. Interior construction includes CMU walls, metal framing and gypsum board, painting, overhead coiling doors, full-glass sectional doors, resilient tile/carpet tile and resinous flooring, wood gymnasium flooring, sliding glass partition, gymnasium equipment and scoreboards, and other finishes as indicated on the Contract Documents.
