Townsend Water Treatment Plant OPM RFQ The Town of Townsend ("Town"), through the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Water Commissioners ("Boards"), requests qualifications from qualified firms for Owner's Project Manager ("OPM") services for the final design, procurement, and construction of a new water treatment plant. OPM services will commence immediately after contract award. Specified Services(all chosen) Other Owner's Project Manager The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities; to award contracts; or cancel this RFQ, if it is in the town's best interest to do so.
