This is a Minor B Contract Advertisement. The Contractor must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.04. The Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. If your bid is over $388,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract. The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In Sacramento County in Sacramento at Casilada Way Pedestrian Overcrossing. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 03-Sac-5-19.6 Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C-27 license. Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.04. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 250 working days for Plant Establishment. Bid bonds are only required for agreements over $388,000.00. Contractors are no longer required to purchase and submit a Bid Bond when bidding on Minor B Projects.
