The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids for all labor, equipment, and materials to perform architectural repairs to existing storefront windows and exterior walls, insulate areas of air infiltration,mechanical repairs to air distribution ductwork and diffusers, thermostat replacement, and HVAC systems TABS re-balancing Location: Fire Station #15 - 7300 Airfield Drive, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23237. Inquiries must be received no later than January 18, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited.
