Renovation of a municipal facility in Logan, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**No additional bid documents are available. The pre bid meeting is highly recommended** The Logan County Commission is seeking bids from licensed contractors to replace one of our existing boilers with a new high efficiency boiler. A new flue pipe to be installed from the boiler room to the roof of the building. Flue pipe will need to be color matched to the exterior of the courthouse. Bids will also include all parts, material, labor, shipping, controls, insulation, disposal of old boiler, start-up and test for proper operation. Work is to be performed so as not to disrupt the public's business. Courthouse hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Logan County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
