Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Logan, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center.
The deadline for bidders questions is November 15, 2024 at 12:00 noon. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashiers check, made payable to the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidders Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 30 days after opening bids. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall execute and deliver to the Owner within 10 days after the award, and before signing the contract, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond utilizing the bond forms bound in the Project Manual each in a penal sum equal to at least the contract sum and the cost of such bonds shall be included in the bid.
