The project also includes a 17,000 s.f. expansion of the CTE building. The CTE addition is a PEMB structure with face brick and metal panel façade on cmu and metal stud backup wall. Site improvements include a new 124 space concrete parking lot, asphalt repair at student parking lot, utility relocation, landscaping, irrigation, shot put / discus pad relocation and re-grading of swales throughout the site to improve drainage..
