Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Bend, Oregon. Design plans call for the addition of a 4,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
As of April 16, 2024, per owner, a design team has been identified. The Administrative School District #1 - Bend-La Pine Schools requests proposals from qualified firms for comprehensive design services for the construction of building and site improvements at Buckingham Elementary School. The basic program outline is an approximately 4,000 sq. ft. new multi-purpose space building addition. Request for a complete RFP Package should be directed to Daniel Bogaert, Project Manager (daniel.bogaert@bend.k12.or.us), 541-355-1175. Bend-La Pine Schools may reject any proposal not in compliance with prescribed procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Bend-La Pine Schools is not responsible for any costs of any proposers incurred while submitting proposal; all proposers who respond to solicitations do so solely at their own expense. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
