The scope of work consists of repairing eroded portions of the existing coral roadway edge, placing new concrete and fabricating, then installing new metal pipe wheel stops at a storage yard area at Kawaihae Harbor. Contract Start and End Date shown in the HIePRO solicitation are estimates. The exact dates shall be provided by written notice from the Harbors Division Construction Engineer. The estimated cost of construction between $400,000.00 and $600,000.00. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawai General Engineering Contractor's "A" license at the time of bidding.
