Renovation of an educational facility in Rushville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Rush County Schools hereto referenced to as The Owner will receive sealed proposals for the Construction of: Rushville High School 2023 Chiller Replacement 1201 Lions Path Rushville, IN 46173 Work shall be performed under (one) prime contract. 1) Mechanical Contractor shall be prime Bids for each project shall be submitted on Bid Forms (Section 00 41 01, 00 42 01). Bids must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond in the minimum amount of five percent 5% of the bid, including all alternates and options. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an approved one hundred percent (100%) combination performance and payment bond. The Owner reserves the right to accept any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The bid price shall be good for sixty (60) days from receipt of bids.
