Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The installation of approximately 751 lf of 8-inch PVC water main, 65 lf of 6-inch PVC fire line laterals, 710 lf of 6-inch PVC pressure irrigation, 750 lf of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 665 lf of 15-inch RCP storm drain, 2910 sf of sidewalk, 31550 sf of paved asphalt road, 1185 lf of curb and gutter, 4660 sf of park strip, and all required pipe fittings, including bends, tees, and valves. Work shall also include the installation of 2 fire hydrants, 1 1-inch culinary service, 1 1-inch PI service, 4 5-inch sanitary sewer manholes, 5 storm drain manholes, 2 curb face inlet boxes, 3 stop signs, 3 stop bars, 1 cross walk striping, and 2 ADA mats. The existing irrigation box will also need to be raised to grade. The OWNER will then make the decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Monday, February 6, 2023. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be accepted. A payment bond and performance bond Will be required by the winning contractor and all necessary forms are also included in the Contract documents.
