Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Springville City RFP to design and install landscape and irrigation system improvements for 3 detention basins. The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to solicit proposals from experienced and established landscape design and construction companies (Contractor) to design and complete the landscaping at three (3) detention basins. Services will include landscape design, irrigation system design, construction of 6-foot wide sidewalk around the pond, installation of sprinklers, installation of sod, shrubbery and trees, installation of imported 2-3 inch diameter decorative landscape rock and electrical meter install and connections. The interior sidewalk will separate the sod and rock areas. All trees will be supplied by Springville City. The single-step selection process will be conducted by Springville City (the "City") as outlined by this RFP. After evaluation of responsive submittals, the City intends to make its final selection for contract award and execution. It is not the intention of the City to receive project-specific design recommendations in response to this RFP. Responders shall limit their submittals to the information required herein as well as other relative information regarding qualifications and experience.
