Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,750-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This project consists of new construction of a 16,750 sf single story pre-engineered metal and masonry building. The building houses an office area, fleet maintenance space, and warehouse space. There is a separate guard house, and a major alternate to add an additional bay to the fleet maintenance space. There is a significant amount of asphalt paving, a stormwater retention pond, and fencing around the parking area. Scopes include: cast-in place concrete, masonry, railings, casework, insulation, waterproofing/dampproofing, doors, storefront, overhead coiling doors, metal studs/drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, bathroom accessories, signage, awnings, loading dock equipment, appliances, window shades, pre-engineered metal building, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, sitework, fencing, landscaping. Each Bidder must submit one (1) original hard copy, and one (1) duplicate of their Bid, in a sealed envelope or container, and plainly marked with the Bidder's full legal company name, mailing address, and recite "Bid No: 23-26; SHERIFF'S FLEET SERVICES AND SUPPLY FACILITY"
