Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and educational facility.
The St. Johns County School Board will receive bids for the following item on dates and times shown: Security Access Controls and Communications Systems M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Any questions and inquiries concerning the Bid must be submitted via email to Patrick Snodgrass of the SJCSD Purchasing Department no later than January 23, 2023, @ 12:00 PM EST to: Patrick Snodgrass Director of Purchasing patrick.snodgrass@stjohns.k12.fl.us The St. Johns County School District is requesting bid pricing from qualified Contractors for Security Access Controls and Communications Systems and other security equipment to be purchased and installed or repaired at various locations throughout SJCSD. This includes a percentage (%) mark up over cost for all parts and equipment, and an hourly rate for labor. All products and service performed under this bid will be on an as needed basis at the discretion of SJCSD. SJCSD makes no guarantee of a specific volume of work to be performed under this bid.
