Reference number : 1675387 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-16 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in two documents, a quality document and a separate price document This mandate consists of producing, on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the regional county municipality of Antoine-Labelle (MRC), in the final version deemed admissible by the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ), an intervention plan in local road infrastructure, revised and updated. The objective is to optimize the investments to be made on the local road network by prioritizing the infrastructure works deemed necessary. The approach proposed by the MTQ for developing the PIIRL can be summed up in the following steps: Description of the local road network; Development of a socio-economic profile; Identification of priority roads; Report on the condition of the road network; Development of the intervention strategy; Preliminary estimate of intervention costs; Development of the intervention plan. Only steps 4 to 7 are part of the mandate that the MRC will give to the contractor. Steps 1 to 3 were carried out during the development of the previous PIIRL in 2016 and will be repeated for the development of this plan. It should be noted that the assessment of the condition of the local road network and the interventions that will result from the analyzes carried out relate to all level 1 and 2 local roads, and not only to the portion identified as being a priority. The MRC wishes to receive tenders for the conclusion of a contract for the provision of the professional engineering services more fully listed in Part 3 and according to the requirements contained herein. The awarding of this contract is conditional on the MRC obtaining a grant from the MTQ.
