Football Stadium, Athletic Facilities, & Event Center. High School to have (3) 2-Story Academic Towers and Middle School to have (2) 2-Story Academic Towers. Finish grading, flatwork, site furnishings, Associated Site Work, Football Stadium, Parking Lots C,D,E. Buildings Include: W (Track & Field Accessory Bldg - 2000 SF), U (Track & Field Accessory Bldg - 2000 SF), Z (Varsity BB/SB/RR/Conc - 1000 SF), AA (Press Box - Football/Track) Associated Sitework. Increment 5 Includes: G (Applied Arts Classroom - 14012 SF), Q (High School Classroom - 43750 SF), R (High School Classroom - 50566 SF), T (High School Classroom - 53180 SF), S (Baseball RR Concessions - 1000 SF), I (Softball Press Box - 2000 SF), O (Baseball RR Concessions - 1000 SF), X (Event Center - 80000 SF) Associated Sitework. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to late first quarter 2023.
