Renovation of a municipal facility in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the replacement of a rear canopy at the Township Municipal building, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within PennBid. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. Bidders must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township. Bidder agrees that the Contract will be awarded in February and Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Division 00 Articles 2, 3 and 4; on or before August 15, 2023, or liquidated damages in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per calendar day will be charged.
