DESCRIPTION OF GOODS and/or SERVICES: CUSTOM-BUILT WOOD SHED FOR ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATIONS PARK (POLYMER SHED). The City of Sierra Vista is seeking an experienced company to build, provide, and install on a concrete pad a 12 foot by 16 foot wood shed at our Environmental Operations Park (EOP) for the storage of polymer. The EOP is located at 7201 AZ-90, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. The shed shall be constructed of wood and should be constructed on a concrete floor with a thickness of 6 inches deep with an additional 4 inch by 12 inch footer to run along the outside of the shed. See attached Scope of Work. Quotes shall be valid for 90 Days after the bid opening date. The City of Sierra Vista is requesting quotes from qualified, licensed contractors (when applicable) who can provide the goods and services specified in this Request for Quotation. The City of Sierra Vista reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who previously failed to perform adequately for the City of Sierra Vista or any other governmental agency. The City of Sierra Vista expressly reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who is in default on the payment of taxes, licenses, or other monies due to the Sierra Vista.
