Renovation of a municipal facility in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Description of goods and/or services: concrete trip hazard repairs at city hall. The city of sierra vista needs the trip hazards repaired in front of city hall. The contractor shall be licensed to perform the work listed in the scope of work for this project. City Hall has 6 tripping hazards in the front entrance as well as the entrance to Human Resources that will need a portion of concrete removed at each site and repoured to reveal a smooth even surface. The Project will consist of: 1) Removing approximately 300 square feet of concrete. Z) Adding 4" minimum 2500 psi strength new concrete so that the surface is smooth, even, and the tripping hazard is eliminated. 3) Dowel new concrete into existing concrete to prevent future tripping hazards. 4) Possibility of removing tree roots where the concrete is pushed up. 5) Match existing concrete as best as possible.
