Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sandy, Utah. As of Feb 10 the project was awarded to Pronghorn Construction Inc for $73,913.30. The purpose of this Request for Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors for construction work at our District Office / Canyons School District (CSD) per attached SOW documents. It is anticipated that this RFB may result in a contract awarded to a qualified contractor for services as defined further in the solicitation. This RFB is designed to provide interested contractors with sufficient basic information to submit bids meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a bid's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. All bid preparation costs and any associated activities related to this RFB are the sole responsibility of the Supplier. A qualified contractor will be selected to demo and remove the concrete located at ramp N2 at our district office. The contractor will need to repair and grade the base as needed. We require a 6", 6 bag mix concrete pour. CSD does not require that rebar be added. We do have a drain at the bottom of the ramp that needs to be protected and reused. The bidding contractor must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah. Question Deadline 01/09/2023 at 10:00 AM MT
