As of April 19, 2023, project was awarded to Rowell Construction but awarded amount is not available. The work shall include clearing, grading, paving, stormwater, water and wastewater infrastructure per the Project Scope and Specifications. Project is located at the site of the former St. Marys Airport, St. Marys, Georgia 31558. The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, construction equipment, fuel, etc. required for the successful completion of the project. All Work shall conform to the Project Specifications and all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Contract time shall be 350 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
