Project Description : The project scope includes the demolition of interior space at Poway Fire Station 1, located at 13050 Community Road, and construction of a new stairway between the first and second floor. The project also includes removing an existing exterior stairway, exterior wall fill-in, and surface patching and painting to match the existing building exterior. No bid will be received unless it Is made on a bid form which is included as part of the Special Provisions for the project Each bid shall be accompanied by cash or a cashier's check or a certified check, or a satisfactory bid bond issued by a California admitted surety insurer in the form as included in the bid documents, in any event in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. Construction surveying and staking will be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor must obtain a Right-of-Way Permit from the City, at no cost, before construction begins The project scope includes the demolition of interior space at Poway Fire Station 1, located at 13050 Community Road, and construction of a new stairway between the first and second floor. The project also includes removing an existing exterior stairway, exterior wall fill- in, and surface patching and painting to match the existing building exterior. Bid Bond Percentage:10%,Liquidated Damages:$500.00 Per Calendar Day. Project Duration:60 Work Days
