Scope of Work. The Work consists of: ORG 183 - Thomas L. Marsalis Elementary School - Project consists of the following: 1. Approximately 3,000 sf new addition kitchen 2. 3,300 sf fill renovation of the existing building cafeteria 3. Replace roofing of selected area, 1950's building. 4. Replace selected windows, 1950's building. 5. Paint interior areas affected by construction work. 6. Replace flooring in selected areas. 7. Replace ceiling and light fixtures in selected areas. 8. New school marquee sign 9. New dumpster enclosure. 10. Replace hard surface play area. 11. Replace fire alarm system. 12. Clean selected areas of exterior masonry A Proposal bond on Dallas ISD Proposal Guarantee Bond Form, from a Surety authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the greatest total amount of the proposed contract amount (Base Price plus all Allowances), payable without recourse to the order of the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, must accompany the Proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the proposer will promptly enter into and execute the Contract and Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided.
