Construction of 4 Pickleball Courts and 2 Multi-use (futsal, bike polo, roller hockey) courts at Anderson Park with associated parking, lighting, utilities and detention pond. All proposals shall follow the format provided by the City of College Station. The City is seeking a construction company with quality experience in sports court, utility and pavement construction. Questions must be submitted online by the due date of 9/4/2024 at 2:00 p.m., CT. Statement of Work: o Construction of post-tension sports courts o Site utility work o Detention pond construction o Parking lot and site paving for associated sidewalks and flatwork o Contractor shall not disrupt solid waste collection. o Project shall comply with the United States Occupational Safety & Health Administration regulations. o Methods & Means of construction shall be compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. This includes obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. o Contractor to adhere to City of College Station construction administration procedures. o Maintain and submit all project records such as record drawings, project manuals, and warranties for approval by the City of College Station.
